Frequently asked questions
Can you connect Salesforce to our ERP or legacy system?
Yes. We connect Salesforce via REST and SOQL to existing ERPs like Navision and to your cloud, so data is maintained only once. We already run an integration like this in a business-critical B2B project in live operation.
Do you host exclusively in the EU?
By default we use EU infrastructure at Hetzner, GDPR-compliant and without any US cloud requirement. If your setup needs Azure, we run it in the EU region with a data processing agreement.
Do you work remotely across DACH and Luxembourg?
Yes. We work remotely for clients in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg, in German and English. Same timezone, same legal framework.
Why Keycloak instead of Auth0 or Okta?
Keycloak is open source, EU-hosted and has no per-user licensing. You get SSO, MFA and OAuth2/OIDC at enterprise level without locking yourself into a US vendor or paying more with every new user.
Is OpenDesk worth it instead of Microsoft 365?
If data sovereignty matters to you: yes. OpenDesk bundles Nextcloud, Element and Jitsi into a digital workplace that we set up in your branding and run on EU servers.
Are two people enough for my project?
We work on every project as a pair with shared code access, so there is no single point of failure. We only take on projects we can fully deliver, and we hand over cleanly at the end so you stay independent.
