1. Controller

fusionDev GmbH i. G.

Hauptstraße 101, 79297 Winden im Elztal, Germany

Represented by the managing director Daniel Bucher

E-Mail: kontakt@fusiondev.info

2. Data collected

We collect personal data actively when you contact us or complete our project wizard. When you merely visit our website, we do not set any cookies or tracking tools. For technical reasons, however, our web server processes server log files on each request (see 2.5).

2.1 Contact form

Fields collected: name, email, optional company and project description. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Retention: max. 30 days, then deletion or transfer to the lead-management system (see 3.2).

2.2 Project wizard

On the Keycloak, OpenDesk, and Typo3 product pages, you can submit a project inquiry via a multi-step wizard. Fields collected: name, email, optional company, company size, project context, timeline, product-specific requirements, and an optional free-text message. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Retention: until contract conclusion or until you object, max. 24 months. To prevent abuse, your IP address is processed briefly and only in memory to rate-limit submissions; it is not stored permanently (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

2.3 Appointment booking

When you book an appointment via cal.fusiondev.info we collect name, email, and the selected time slot. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Retention: up to 6 months after the appointment for follow-up.

2.4 Analytics (Plausible)

We plan to use Plausible Analytics on our own EU infrastructure. Plausible is fully cookieless and does not collect personal data, IP addresses, or cross-device tracking; a cookie banner is therefore not required. Legal basis (once active): Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in privacy-friendly, anonymous reach measurement). No analytics is currently active.

2.5 Server log files

When you access our website, our web server automatically processes technically necessary access data in server log files: IP address, date and time, requested resource, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, referrer, and user agent. This data is required for delivery, stability, and security of the service. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Retention: 7 days, then automatic deletion. Processing takes place on our own EU infrastructure (dedicated server in Germany).

3. Processing and storage location

All data is processed exclusively on servers within the EU. We deliberately avoid US cloud providers (no Microsoft 365, no Google Workspace, no AWS) and run our tools self-hosted wherever possible.

3.1 Resend

Delivery of contact-form and wizard emails to kontakt@fusiondev.info as well as confirmation emails to you. Resend runs on EU infrastructure and only processes data necessary for delivery (recipient, sender, content). Data processing agreement in place.

3.2 OpenProject (projects.fusiondev.info)

Wizard submissions are stored as a Work Package in our self-hosted OpenProject instance (open source) on our own EU infrastructure (dedicated root server in Germany). No third party is involved. Access is restricted to the managing directors of fusionDev.

3.3 Cal.com (cal.fusiondev.info)

Appointment bookings run through our self-hosted Cal.com instance (open source) on our own EU infrastructure. No third party is involved (in particular no Calendly, no Google Calendar).

4. Third-party sharing / processors

In principle, your data is processed by us directly. Sharing with external third parties occurs solely with Resend for technical email delivery (see 3.1), which acts as a processor on EU infrastructure. Your wizard inquiries and appointment bookings are processed in our self-hosted systems OpenProject (3.2) and Cal.com (3.3) on our own EU infrastructure; these are not external service providers. No transfer to third countries outside the EU takes place.

5. Cookies

No cookies are set in the public area of this website - neither marketing, tracking, nor analytics cookies. A cookie banner is therefore not required. Only the internal, password-protected admin area uses technically necessary session cookies for login (Keycloak); these are exempt from consent under Sec. 25(2)(2) TDDDG.

6. Your rights

Pursuant to GDPR Art. 15–21, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. Please direct requests to: kontakt@fusiondev.info

You may lodge complaints with the competent data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (LfDI BW), Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.
